They made a strong political statement and connected well with the audience.
The Deftones were intriguing to watch. Stephen Carpenter's 7 and 8 string guitars produced a deep rumble. Lead singer Chino Moreno made a powerful artistic statement through his body language. The band could benefit from some extra spice following the departure of Chi on bass.
